Helpdesk specialist in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will:

• do diagnostics and simple repair of computer equipment;
• install operating systems and office software;
• process user requests regarding workplace IT equipment;
• fulfill applications to eliminate incidents in working with IT equipment;
• prepare IT equipment for new employees;
• perform work on equipment modernization and prevention.

You are suitable if you have:

• basic or incomplete higher education in the relevant field of study (bachelor, junior specialist)
• knowledge of the functioning of Microsoft software and user administration in ActiveDirectory; li>
• knowledge of the features of the functioning of software from Microsoft office 20** and Office 365;
• knowledge of the methods of installing and configuring the application software on a PC;
• knowledge of the features of the functioning of IT equipment, the principles of the structure of information networks, methods of searching and diagnosing malfunctions of system and application software;
• high analytical and communication skills;
• knowledge of the English language (preferred);
• fluent command of the Ukrainian language, competent writing;
• personal computer skills at the level of an experienced user;
• ability to rationally use working time
