Help Desk Specialist in OTP BANK Ukraine

Friends, we are currently looking for a Help Desk Specialist

Your future functionality:

• Registration of user appeals by phone
• Classification and forwarding of appeals from Bank employees
• Providing advice to users
• Providing feedback to users to determine the status of appeals
• Controlling the process of an open application and timely identification of "problem" areas
• Resolving within the set time limits of current problems with launching the software and the operation of a personal computer that arise among users of Bank employees, based on requests Service Desk
• Administration of the Active Directory service in the corporate network
• Installation/disassembly of computers computer equipment if necessary

Our candidate has:

• Sure knowledge of Active Directory, MS Office software products
• High knowledge of Windows family operating systems
• Knowledge of the hardware part of a personal computer
• Basic knowledge of network technologies, protocols and peripherals
• Understanding the basics of ITIL, ITSM

Knowledge languages:

• Ukrainian business language (high level)
• English (knowledge of technical vocabulary)
