Tasks and responsibilities
representation/coordination: provides an external representation of the PUI in the health sector before partners, donors, national authorities, national authorities. He/she represents the PUI at meetings of a cluster on health care/coordination group of health care sector. Promotes proper exchange of information within the health care sector. personnel management/trainings: provides technical support to project teams, including health care teams. Provides support for managers with proliferous multistakes in the selection of technical staff on health care. Working with the head of the mission and/or deputy head of the mission of programs and the technical adviser on health care headquarters, he/she identifies key strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and gaps in the work of the health department. He/she oversees the content of health care training and the quality of health care measures on the basis of certain needs. logistics and administration: ensures the compliance with the teams under its/its management, logistics and administrative procedures. changes. Security: contributes to compliance with the rules of safety in the mission and is shared by all information related to the safety, with its direct manager. If necessary, he/she participates in the choice of redirection options for providing medical care to foreigners working in the mission.

Ability to synthesise a wide scope of information. Solid organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid programmatic, financial, and organizational planning skill is highly desirable. Flexible and adaptable with regards to the implementation of the daily work. Have a good Stress Resistance coping mechanism. Computer skills: Confident user of Microsoft Office (with focus on Excel and Word and Outlook).
