We are ambitiously developing, improving the product and command.That's why we're looking for Head of User Acquisition,< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> which will reinforce our new directions.

Promotion of GoITeens School and school subjects (Mathematics, NMT, Leadership Academy and others) .

  • Executing lead generation plans with Meta, TikTok ads, Google ads by number, quality and value of leads and achieving positive ROMI in first sales.

  • Testing and finding new traffic sources. Willingness to experiment a lot.

  • Formation and management of a team of internal and external specialists.

  • Generation and testing of hypotheses to increase the number of targeted leads from various traffic channels and optimize their value.

  • Development of new landing pages and optimization of existing ones in order to increase their conversion into application filling and direct sales.

  • Creation, analysis and improvement of the funnel sales in Leeloo, in email marketing channels and in LMS. Evaluation of results and generation of new hypotheses.

  • Interaction with the creative communications team: propose ideas for creatives and give feedback on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

  • Participation in the creation of automated dashboards (production of TK, control of implementation, production of TK for revision)

  • Conducting analytics and generating reports on the effectiveness of paid channels, funnels and KPI achievements by the team. 

  • Skills required for the job:

    • From5+ years of experience in PRS/User Acquisition/Performance Marketing.

    • From 2 years in a managerial position. 

    • Don't be afraid to experiment and take responsibility.

    • Experience managing campaigns in Meta and Google/TikTok would be a plus.

    • Experience in managing advertising budgets from $100,000 per month.

    • Experience with GA4.

    • Experience of working with CRM systems.

    • Working with internal product analytics: analysis and optimization of funnels, regular monitoring of product KPIs.

    • Planning and implementation of advertising campaigns for product promotion.

    • Conducting A/B tests. 

    • Strategic structural thinking.

    • Analytical thinking and love of numbers.
