We are looking for a Headand Transformation Service:

• Continuous improvement of the operational efficiency of the bank by carrying out a constant review of processes. Coordination of the activities of the Bank's business lines / functions to improve the bank's processes, customer experience and process efficiency
• Centralization of competencies and global management methods for process management, Lean management, Agile management and procedural management, Customer experience
• Ensuring and coordinating the bank's development strategy in accordance with the Group's strategic cycles
• Synchronization of the bank's work to accelerate the implementation of changes. Development and implementation of an agile transformation strategy, ensuring the constant improvement of team efficiency
• Increasing the competence of employees and promoting promising employees

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• Full higher education
• Work experience of 3 years or more in the positions: Head of PMO, head of the transformation service, head of the process office
• English - at the level of business communication and conducting presentations.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information
• Experience in organizing project teams
• Ability to work with senior management
