Your duties will be:

Educational process management:

• Creating an annual curriculum and calendar.

• Organization, coordination and support of educational programs, projects or products.

• Control over the educational process and management of educational coordinators.

Working with trainers:

• Search, engagement and communication with coaches.

• Conclusion and execution of contracts with coaches.

• Ensuring compliance of educational products with requirements.

Branding and sales development of the educational direction of the Center:

• Development and support of the Center's brand and standards.

• Implementation of strategies to increase sales, develop loyalty of students and graduates.

• Ensuring the presence of the Center's intellectual products in the mass media, social networks and at public events.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in procurement or education.

• Team management experience.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in English at Upper Intermediate level or higher.

• Developed communication and analytical skills.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Flexibility, adaptability and empathy.
