Head of the Universal Service Department to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine in Diya

We are looking for a leader who:

• will head the development and implementation of regulations that will ensure the implementation of a strategic project
• Establish interaction with partners at the state and international levels.
• is ready to work to ensure equal access To high -speed Internet throughout Ukraine. /Strong> Preparation of normative legal acts and coordination of their implementation within the framework of universal implementation services.
• Improving access infrastructure Ensuring accessibility of speed Internet to all regions of Ukraine through appropriate regulatory initiatives. Coordination of work with international organizations and technical assistance projects for implementation Project.
• Team Management Organization of the Department's work, tasks and control over their implementation. Strong>
  • Education: Higher Education degree is not lower than Master. ul>
  • Work in the state service positions of categories B or in local self -government, management positions in organizations, enterprises or institutions regardless of ownership (minimum 2 years).
  • Management Skills: Experience in Team and Process Management.
    • Participation in key areas of digital transformation of the state.
    • Ability to influence the development to the Internet throughout Ukraine.
