• Managing the work of the technical and educational sector.
• Development of standards, SOPs and guidance documents to ensure quality implementation of rehabilitation activities. 
• Development of a plan for implementing training activities and an information campaign in the regions.
• Providing additional training and professional development activities for mobile rehabilitation teams and other related areas in the regions, upon request.

• Supervise the creation of awareness campaign materials and/or support the physical therapist/assistant in the creation of such materials.
• Provide advice on technical aspects of rehabilitation and physical therapy and other related areas, as requested from other programs of TCHU, or external structures.
• Participation in the creation, familiarization, evaluation and development of training plans for MRK and other structures, upon request.
• Providing descriptive reporting on a quarterly basis regarding activities of the sector.
• Regular visits to regional and local organizations of the TCHU to monitor the quality of programs, provide feedback and technical support of regional staff.

Requirements : 

• Higher education (bachelor's degree and above) specializing in Physical therapy/Ergotherapy
• < u>Personal experience of working as a trainer/teacher for physical therapists/ergotherapists will be an advantage
• Readiness for regular business trips around Ukraine
• Free command of Ukrainian and English languages
• Experience in writing methodological literature and understanding the technical side of the process. 
• Understanding the process of therapeutic intervention, including assessment, goal setting, development of an individual rehabilitation plan. Re-evaluation, modification of IPR as necessary, completion and provision of further recommendations.
• Ability to apply non-standard/innovative solutionsI'm at work/ Creativity and innovation.
• Team development skills and training others.
• Analytical skills, strategic thinking. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in coaching or instructing in the field of healthcare will be an advantage.
