What we will instruct you:

• Development and implementation of the software quality assurance strategy in accordance with the company's needs.
• Definition of software quality standards and their implementation control.
• Development and implementation methodologies and testing processes.
• Determining and managing requirements for test infrastructure and resources.
• Managing a team of testers and determining their task priorities.
• Test planning, resource determination , necessary for its implementation and control of the implementation of plans.
• Analysis of test results, detection and correction of errors and shortcomings in the software.
• Interaction with other departments of the company, in particular with the development and implementation department, to ensure the high quality of the product and to meet the deadlines for its release.
• Preparation of reports and analysis of the results of the work of the software quality department.

• Experience in this or a similar position for at least 2 years
• Understanding technologies used in the design and development of software and complex IT solutions.
• Knowledge of software quality processes and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, CMMI).
• Experience in test case development and execution.
• Ability to analyze test results, identify errors and propose
• Ability to lead a team of testers, prioritize tasks and ensure plans are met.
• Skills to interact with other company departments such as development, design and implementation.
• Ability to deliver a high quality product on time and on budget.
• Skills in reporting and analyzing department performance.
• Ability to work with test tools and test automation.
