Responsibilities: Management of the User Technical Support Department (L1) Monitoring and maintenance of workstations (disk, diskless, mobile) , including installation of operating systems, configuration and prevention of equipment. General administration of workplaces based on Windows, Linux, incl. centralized using Active Directory group policies. Basic administration and support of access to file resources, printing and scanning services. Terminal solutions, incl. with the use of diskless clients and access via the Internet. Equipment accounting, including in 1C. Support and configuration of user access to the corporate network with several branches (in offices and remotely). Support for access and use of corporate mobile and IP telephony and communication services (Skype, Telegram, Viber ...). based on Microsoft Exchange Server/Outlook. Antivirus solutions. Requirements: Appropriate work experience. Knowledge and understanding of operating systems, basic network services. Obligation, responsibility. Ability and desire to learn.
