Our team is looking for: Head of technical support and information protection
Our department has its own manager and two directions of work. One of these areas requires a separate manager and includes four specialists who provide technical support to our center.

 Requirements:

• Higher education (in the field of information technology/computer engineering).
• Experience in setting up a local network.
• Experience in deploying and configuring Linux distributions is a must.
• Experience in configuration and administration Nginx, Apache web servers.
• Experience in installing and configuring MS SQL, MySql.
• Experience in configuring virtualization systems, mainly KVM or VMware.
• Experience in working with Docker containers.
• Knowledge of business Ukrainian and technical English (written, reading documentation).

Responsibilities of our candidate:

• Formulation and implementation of policy in the field of digitization, digital development, digital innovations, development of infrastructure of broadband access to the Internet and telecommunications.

• Ensuring the operation and maintenance of computer equipment and office equipment.

• Installing software on servers and workstations and supporting their working of the state.

• Ensuring user access to internal information resources and consulting users.

• Participation in system recovery in case of failures and installation of equipment.

• Hardware and software market analysis and management consulting on their use.

• Organization of modernization and purchase of computer equipment and software provision.

• Ensuring network security, data copying, antivirus protection.

• Distribution of responsibilities between employees and development of relevant documents.
