Operator of the gas transport system of Ukraine LLC has an open position:

Deputy head of management - head of the tax reporting department , planning and consulting

Functional duties:

• Compilation of tax reporting on corporate income tax, Report on controlled transactions , Report on controlled foreign companies, with Calculation of part of net profit (income), dividends for the state part;
• Control over timely and complete declaration of tax reporting on value added tax, excise tax (fuel and electricity) , local taxes (land tax, environmental tax, rent, etc.);
• Control over the administration of value added tax and excise tax (control of obtaining licenses, registration of excise warehouses, etc.);
• Control over the status of calculations with the budget, special. invoices, etc.;
• Control over the receipt of tax invoices and timely write-off of unpaid VAT amounts;
• Calculation of the tax base in case of supply of goods/services in accordance with Clause 188.1 of Art. 188 of the Tax Code of Ukraine;
• Preparation of documents for unblocking adjustment calculations/tax invoices;
• Accompanying tax audits, preparation of materials for administrative appeals against the decisions of control bodies, preparation of answers to requests of tax authorities , preparation of requests for receipt of IPC;
• Control over drawing up and preparation of budgets for all taxes (annual plan, operational plan);
• Reconciliation of contracts for the absence of tax risks;
• Determining the place of supply of services under import contracts;
• Consulting internal divisions of the company on tax issues;
• Providing managers, auditors, inspectors and other users with tax information within their competence;< /li>
• Control over the timely registration of tax invoices for tax liabilities and tax credit;
• Monitoring and analysis of changes in the tax legislation of Ukraine;
• Implementation and testing of the necessary settings in case of changes in tax reporting, tax invoices, and other changes;
• Participation in project activities

Necessary skills and knowledge:

• Higher education - accounting, auditing, finance;
• Work experience in the field of tax reporting for at least 3 years;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of accounting and taxes;
• A confident user of SAP, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, MEDOK;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Organized and attentive to details, results oriented, stress resistance, customer orientation, ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Ability to establish communications with internal and external partners
