Head of the system administration department in NovaPay

We are currently inviting a specialist to the team for the position of "Head of the System Administration Department". 
 
Our expectations:
· experience in the administration of on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure from 3 years; 
· in-depth knowledge of Active Directory and related services (GPO, replication); 
· practical experience with VMware, Veeam, MS SQL; 
· experience in network infrastructure and equipment administration (Cisco, Mikrotik, Fortigate); 
· experience working with monitoring systems (Zabbix); 
· work with Microsoft services: Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Identity Protection, Microsoft Defender, DLP, Intune. 
 
Main tasks:
· administration and support of server infrastructure (Windows Server 2012-2025); 
· management and optimization of the VMware virtualization environment; 
· configuration and support of Active Directory, GPO and related services; 
· administration of basic corporate services: DNS, DHCP, RDP/RDS; 
· support and development of Microsoft cloud services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Defender, Intune); 
· IT infrastructure monitoring through Zabbix and prompt response to incidents; 
· configuration and support of network equipment (Cisco, Mikrotik, Fortigate); 
· development and implementation of internal standards and procedures regarding the security and productivity of IT systems.
