We are currently looking for a Head of the division of specialized and oncology drugs (FLM) for further development and support of our activities in Ukraine.

Your functional responsibilities:

• Effective management of the unit team: organization of training and training, regular double visits to regions where subordinates work, recruitment, ensuring development and motivation of subordinates.
• Build effective and long-term partnerships with partners and thought leaders.
• Ensure achievement of own and team sales, performance and efficiency targets.
• Create and implement business plans to achieve results.
• Strategic and tactical planning of brands in accordance with the company's strategy and standards.

Main requirements:

< li>Higher medical / pharmaceutical education.
• Experience of working in a similar position in an international company for at least 3 years.
• Communication skills and the ability to negotiate
• Readiness for business trips
• Availability of a driver's license
