  • Organization and coordination of team work: allocation of tasks, control of deadlines, development of employees.
  • Prioritization and portfolio management tasks: coordination with business, release planning, prioritization.
  • Communication with business units: coordination of requirements, development support, expectation management.
  • Control of release cycle and changes: general management of testing processes, acceptance and publications.
  • Ensure management of environments and accesses: coordination of update of test databases, approval of role matrices, access control.
  • Control of advance and salary calculation: adherence to schedules, verification of output data, approval of reports.
  • Coordination and updating of regulations and standards: participation in the development of regulations, maintenance of work standards.
  • Resource planning and team management: updating of resource plans, load control, interchangeability planning.
  • Control of correctness of working time accounting and absenteeism: checking the timesheet for the correct filling of hours, control of vacation and overtime accounting.
  • Organization and control of work with external applications: ticket processing, control of deadlines, ensuring interaction with users.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position in large system companies. We are also willing to consider candidates with work experience in the position of chief accountant.
  • Successful experience in managing a team of 10 people or more (setting tasks, monitoring execution, meeting deadlines, prioritizing, delegating, time management).
  • Knowledge of personnel accounting and payroll is desirable.
  • Understanding or willingness to learn software development processes, understand technical issues.
  • Experience interaction and communication not only with customers, but also (preferably) with other divisions, in particular with IT (architects, analysts, developers, testers, etc.).
  • Experience working in project teams and, preferably, knowledge of the basics of project management.
