Who do we want to see in the team?

We are looking for a creative person who will manage the SMM projects of our agency. It is important for us that you have a high level of "viewability", understand aesthetics, and be able to create stylish content. It is desirable that you are quite a creative person, and also be "in the topic" of all modern events, trends, news.

Responsibilities:

• monitor the performance of tasks by the SMM department team;
• form content plans and rubrics with different types of content;
• organize shootings and monitor them together with a videographer and photographer;
• analyze ER posts and stories, and form a report for the client;
• conduct competitor analysis and research the target audience of brands;
• improving the work of the department and implementing new ideas;

• the prospect of creating compatible info products.

Your duties will include managing several projects , and monitoring the work of other SMM managers in the agency.

Also desirable:

• experience in graphic editors phone and/or computer;
• understanding the basics of marketing;

• understanding how to interact with the audience through content.
