• Experience: from 2 years in management positions in the field of meat processing or production of semi-finished products.
• Expertise: in-depth knowledge of sausage and semi-finished products production technologies.
• Soft Skills: strong leadership qualities, a systematic approach to work and the ability to take responsibility for the result.
• Technical literacy: confident PC user.

Your key tasks:

1. Management: organization of shop work, control of schedules and personnel management.
2. Planning: ensuring 100% implementation of the production plan.
3. Quality: control of compliance with technological standards and inspection of raw materials of finished products.
4. Efficiency: optimization of production processes to improve indicators shop.
