We invite a Head of the sector/department for methodology and operational processes
Requirements: /strong>
- Higher economic education
- Experience of working in banking institutions in a similar position for at least 3 years
- Experience in creating process maps and documentation methodologies
- Creation of internal regulatory documents, process maps
- Experience in project management, in particular in the field of business process optimization
- Experience in creating presentations and project protection
- ODB B2 work experience
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (for example, Agile, Scrum, Lean)
- Personal qualities: communication skills, result orientation
Main responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of new operational procedures (changes to them) that meet corporate standards
- Creation process maps to visualize and facilitate understanding of existing and new business processes
- Documentation of processes in accordance with project management standards and methodologies.
- Analysis of existing business processes and their evaluation from the point of view of productivity.
- Introduction of new approaches and technologies to improve processes.
