We are looking for a Shop Manager - a strong manager who will ensure smooth operation of sausage production, stable product quality and effective team work.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of the operation of the sausage shop

• Ensuring the implementation of the production plan

• Control of compliance with technological processes and quality standards

• Management of shop personnel

• Quality control of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products

• Optimization of production processes and indicators

Requirements:

• Work experience of 5 years or more in managerial positions in meat processing / sausage production

• Knowledge of sausage production technologies

• Leadership and organizational skills

• Proficient use of Excel / Google Sheets

Kopychyntsi and Ternopil region

• Trial period - 3 months

• Stable work in a family company with history
