Responsibilities:

  • Control of the implementation of the sales plan
  • Increasing sales thanks to efficient and effective management to the team
  • Improving the business processes of the trusted area that already exist in the company
  • Implementation of general guidance by managers
  • Monitoring the market situation and prompt response to changes in the external environment, analysis competitors.
  • Improving the system of key KPIs, by which the efficiency of the department will be monitored
  • Control and analysis of the performance of the team's planned indicators, work on improving these indicators;
  • Formation of reports for management based on own results and activities of subordinates, preparation of proposals for improving the quality of work.
  • Improving the system of employee motivation, participation in the calculation of wages for employees of the department
  • Constant analysis of service quality and its optimization, ensuring high quality customer service

Requirements:

  • Experience in management positions
  • Experience in forming and managing a team
  • Knowledge and understanding of all processes necessary for the quality work of the sales department

  • Advanced PC user (Word, Excel, CRM and telephony, 1C)
