The daily functions of the Contact Center Sales Department Manager include:
- Development and implementation strategies for remote sales of banking products.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of channels, products and campaigns; preparation of solutions to increase conversion.
- Initiation of new approaches in sales scripts, scenarios and technologies.
- Sales team management: recruitment, training, motivation, performance evaluation.
- Achieving target KPIs from sales and customer service level.
- Cooperation with the bank's business lines to agree product goals and processes.
- Participation in the implementation of technological solutions of the contact center and the development of analytical reporting.
What is important to us in your experience:
- Experience in organizing sales in the contact center or remote channels
- Knowledge of the principles of telemarketing, customer analytics, KPI management.
- Owning CRM systems, analytical tools.
- Experience in the development of business processes, scripts, service standards.
- Higher education (economics, finance, management or a related specialty).
- Willingness to work in the city of Rivne: we are considering candidates from other cities with the possibility of moving or frequent office visits.
