We sell in the US and European markets through Amazon, with plans to expand to Walmart and TikTok Shop. The team works completely remotely. Mission and roles
Ensure aggressive expansion of the brand on international marketplaces and achieve multiple revenue growth with full control of unit economics. This is not an operational role - it is a strategic leadership role where you are personally responsible for the P&L, market share and financial discipline of each SKU.
What you will achieve in the first year
The first 30 days:
- Conduct a full audit of current sales channels, advertising campaigns and unit economics for each SKU of the product line
- Build a dashboard of key metrics: Revenue, ACOS/TACOS, CTR, Conversion Rate, margin
- Formulate an optimization plan with quick wins for the first 90 days
First 90 days:
- Implement a Staged Launch Protocol for new products (Reviews > PPC > External Traffic > Influencers)
- Will you bring the TACOS of mature products to the level of ? 10–12%
- Build a system of cross-functional interaction: PPC, content, analytics, compliance.
6–12 months:
- Ensure the implementation of the quarterly Revenue plan with a margin ? 25%.
- Start Walmart sales from scratch and scale after the first 90 days
- Build and manage a team.
- Achieve top 10 positions for targeted keywords in the lash product category.
Key areas of responsibility
- Strategy and P&L:Develop an offensive strategy for the growth of one's own brand on global marketplaces. Monitor the profitability of each SKU. You have the exclusive right to STOP LOSE - stop unprofitable processes without consulting the management.
- Operational channel management:Amazon (FBA, Vendor, Connector), Walmart, TikTok Shop. Optimization of product line listings, ACOS/TACOS control, Noun Phrase Optimization, A/B tests.
- Brand architecture:Ensure brand unity on all platforms: from visuals to communication. CTR and Conversion Rate are your brand strength metrics.
- Team management:Manage managers through transparent KPIs, retrospectives and data analyses. You are an Execution Auditor: you control the quality of execution and maintain a high pace.
Mandatory requirements (Must-have)
- Experience in sales management on Amazon (FBA, Vendor, Connector) from 3 years with responsibility for P&L
- Practical experience withunit-economics: margin calculation, ACOS/TACOS-control, financial modeling
- Confident work with Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Data Dive, Business Reports
- Experience of launching products according to the phase methodology (Staged Launch): reviews > PPC > external traffic > influencers
- Experience of managing a team of 3 people with setting KPIs and monitoring results
