We continue to grow and are looking for a sales manager with experience in the B2B/B2G segment to join our team, who is ready to take the sales direction to a new level and scale together. with the company.

Basic tasks. Strategic:

  • improvement and implementation of the sales strategy;
  • achieving the main goals of the sales department.

Operational:

  • motivation of the team through own sales achievements;
  • participation in negotiations with key customers;
  • cooperation with marketing and participation in the company's PR activities;
  • organization of the sales department: onboarding and development of sales managers, monitoring results and ensuring the implementation of the sales plan;

Analysis and reporting:

  • work and control over work in the CRM system.
  • analysis of sales volumes, preparation of reports on the work performed for the company management and colleagues;
  • analysis of the system integration and consulting services market (activities of key competitors);

Requirements. Mandatory:

  • proven and successful work experience in the IT field: system integration and/or consulting services - from 3 years;
  • fulfillment of sales plans (personal and team) at least 80%;
  • deep knowledge and understanding of the specifics of sales of IT products/services, demand and supply on the Ukrainian market;
  • experience in building long-term relationships with clients of B2B, B2G sectors;
  • opportunity to visit the office.

Will an advantage:

  • knowledge of English at the Intermediate level and above;
  • experience in managing a team of sales managers;
  • experience in hiring employees and their development;
  • completed training and availability of certifications from vendors.
