We continue to grow and are looking for a sales manager with experience in the B2B/B2G segment to join our team, who is ready to take the sales direction to a new level and scale together. with the company.
Basic tasks. Strategic:
- improvement and implementation of the sales strategy;
- achieving the main goals of the sales department.
Operational:
- motivation of the team through own sales achievements;
- participation in negotiations with key customers;
- cooperation with marketing and participation in the company's PR activities;
- organization of the sales department: onboarding and development of sales managers, monitoring results and ensuring the implementation of the sales plan;
Analysis and reporting:
- work and control over work in the CRM system.
- analysis of sales volumes, preparation of reports on the work performed for the company management and colleagues;
- analysis of the system integration and consulting services market (activities of key competitors);
Requirements. Mandatory:
- proven and successful work experience in the IT field: system integration and/or consulting services - from 3 years;
- fulfillment of sales plans (personal and team) at least 80%;
- deep knowledge and understanding of the specifics of sales of IT products/services, demand and supply on the Ukrainian market;
- experience in building long-term relationships with clients of B2B, B2G sectors;
- opportunity to visit the office.
Will an advantage:
- knowledge of English at the Intermediate level and above;
- experience in managing a team of sales managers;
- experience in hiring employees and their development;
- completed training and availability of certifications from vendors.
