Main responsibilities:
- Development, implementation and sales strategy management, including the implementation of the profit growth plan and the creation of the sales funnel.
- Analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the current strategy based on metrics and analysis.
- Optimization and automation of sales processes.
- Development of relations with clients and partners.
- Coaching and development of the professional skills of the team.
- Development and implementation of compensation and team motivation processes.
- Coordination of the work of the sales department with other divisions of marketing, delivery, legal and accounting departments.
- Conducting regular meetings to analyze reports and adjust processes.
Experience and qualification requirements candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales management position.
- Preferred experience in selling legal or accounting services, or in B2B sales of high value-added services.
- Higher education in the field of management, economics, marketing, law or accounting.
- Additional education in the field of sales, team management or analytics will be an advantage (eg MBA courses, certification in Sales Management, Digital Marketing).
Knowledge and skills:
- Deep understanding of the specifics of consulting and/or legal and accounting services.
- Knowledge and experience of working with modern CRM systems (for example, Bitrix24, Salesforce, HubSpot) and their adaptation to the needs of the company .
- Skills data analysis and working with analytical tools (Excel at an advanced level, Power BI or similar systems).
- Knowledge of sales automation tools and technologies, including integration with marketing.
- Development and implementation experience sales strategies, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Ability to develop employee motivation systems and implement training and development programs.
- Negotiation skills with corporate clients (at the C-level level).
- Successful experience in building long-term partnerships with large B2B clients.
- Understanding of modern LegalTech technologies and their application to increase competitiveness.
- Knowledge of modern approaches to sales management, such as SPIN, Challenger Sales, Solution Selling, etc.
