Head of the road safety sector in Operator GTS Ukrayini, TOV

Functional duties in the position (list of functions, main tasks)

Main tasks:

- ensuring the implementation of the Policy of zero level of traffic accidents by implementing modern traffic safety management systems;

- organization and coordination of comprehensive measures aimed at preserving the life and health of employees during the operation of vehicles;

- formation of corporate culture safe driving of vehicles, increasing the level of responsibility of employees who drive vehicles;

- systematic analysis of traffic accidents and incidents, development and implementation of preventive measures;

- organization of planning and conducting exercises, briefings and trainings for employees who drive vehicles;

- interaction with state bodies and contracting organizations to ensure road safety requirements of traffic.

List of functions:

- development and implementation of complex preventive measures in the field of road safety, control of their implementation in structural units;

- organization of centralized accounting, systematization and analysis of data on traffic accidents, violations of traffic rules and other incidents involving the Company's vehicles;

- control and participation in investigations traffic accidents and other incidents in terms of violations of traffic rules by the Company's employees;

- carrying out risk assessment in the field of vehicle operation and development of corrective measures;

- preparation of analytical and statistical reports on the state of road safety, including the dynamics of accidents and the effectiveness of preventive measures;

- fulfillment of the requirements of the integrated management systems of LLC "Operator GTS of Ukraine";

- use of personal computer during the performance of official duties to the extent necessary for

their performance;

Performs other tasks and duties within the scope of competence.

Special knowledge, skills (additional education, knowledge of a foreign language, computer programs, availability of certificates, participation in specific projects, etc.)

Level computer skills

Computer proficiency level - "confident user"

Proficiency in such tools as: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Work on the Internet

Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation and legal acts on

issues of road traffic safety and road transport.
