Requirements:

• Higher economic education;
• Relevant work experience of 3 years;
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis processes data;
• Working with large data sets;
• Analysis of business processes;
• Understanding the principles of operation and experience in using ERP systems (for example, SAP, 1C);
• A confident user of Microsoft Office package, Excel: knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot;
• Power BI - building models, reporting packages-REQUIRED;
• SQL Server Management Studio.

1. Organization of the reporting process:

• development and implementation of an effective reporting system for analyzing the results of the company's activities;
• preparation of reports for the company's management: operational reporting, financial reporting;
• ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of reporting.

2. Planning and budgeting:

• coordination of the budgeting and operational planning process, including the development of forecasts;
• participation in determining the main goals and key performance indicators (KPI) to achieve the company's goals.

3. Monitoring and optimization of the planning and reporting system:

• constant analysis of system operation, assessment of its efficiency and compliance with business requirements;
• collection and analysis of feedback from users for further optimization;
• introducing improvements to the system and updating functionality as needed.

4. Team management:

• managing a team of analysts and reporting specialists, ensuring employee development and training;
• setting goals and monitoring their achievement, ensuring high productivity and team efficiency.
