1. Organization of the reporting process:
- development and implementation of an effective reporting system for analyzing the results of the company's activities;
- preparation of reports for the company's management: operational reporting, financial reporting;
- ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of reporting.
2. Planning and budgeting:
