Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• Ownership of Executive Search Technology ;
• Having a real successful experience of closing management and key vacancies of medium and higher management;
• possession of modern and innovative recruitment and headhunting tools; ;
• Ability to manage a team and achieve your goals;
• Ability to plan working hours and set priorities;
• love for your business, desire to develop in the profession; l>
• Competent speech, negotiation skills and work with objections;
• A confident PC user (Word, Exel, 1C).

• Self -closing of the management and key vacancies of medium and higher management. Creation and implementation of innovative methods and strategies for attracting candidates and vacancies;
