< b style="font-weight: 700">Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Formation and implementation of the strategy of recruitment, onboarding of personnel and development of Employer Branding aimed at attracting and retaining the best talents. Participation in the formation of the overall HR strategy.
  • Management and development of a highly professional team of recruiters and project managers of the central office, organization of their work.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of recruiting, various search sources, development of optimization recommendations .
  • Planning and implementation of projects in the areas of recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Analysis and improvement of all stages of recruitment and onboarding, development of standards and procedures for effective management of recruitment processes and adaptation of new employees .
  • Implementation of modern technologies and tools for automation and productivity improvement.
  • Development of the employer brand, development and implementation of the Employer Branding strategy, creation of a positive image of the company on the labor market.
  • li>Budget planning and control, feasibility analysis and search for optimization opportunities.
  • Establishing partnerships with all company divisions and with external partners to effectively close vacancies, as well as contract management.
  • Teaching methods of conducting interviews and evaluating candidates in order to attract and select the best employees for the company.

For work you will need:

  • Higher education.
  • Successful experience in personnel management for at least 5 years, of which at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • In-depth knowledge modern methods of recruiting and analysis of metrics, as well as knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Advanced skills in building effective teams, their development and motivation.
  • Experience in conducting complex negotiations and successful implementation of projects.
