The daily functions of the Head of the Salary Projects Engagement Group will include:

• Active search, attraction and support of clients of salary projects.
• Preparation of commercial offers, agreement of conditions, tariffs and conclusion of contracts.
• Organization and implementation of salary projects, opening accounts and maintaining data in the Bank's software complexes.
• Ensurement document flow, reporting and analytics by direction.
• Consideration of appeals from representatives of salary companies
• Interaction with structural divisions, consideration of customer appeals.
• Compliance with the requirements of legislation, NBU regulations, internal regulations and bank secrecy.

What is important to us in your experience:

Our ideal candidate is a candidate with experience in banking sales/salary projects from 2 years. Has experience in team management and mentoring. Conducts business negotiations with clients at a high level. Result-oriented, responsible. Works with performance indicators (KPIs).
