Head of the recruiting department in Blizenko

The chain of stores "Blyzenko" is a dynamic company that is rapidly developing in the food retail market. We invite to our team an experienced Recruitment and Adaptation Group Leader who is ready to grow with us and contribute to the achievement of ambitious business goals.

What you will do:

• Strategically and operationally manage personnel recruitment and adaptation processes.
• Form a recruitment and personnel rotation plan in accordance with network development plans.
• Analyze the labor market, develop and implement candidate attraction strategies.
• Control the process of job postings, work with recruiting agencies and educational institutions.
• Organize and monitor the adaptation programs of new employees.
• Manage a team of recruiters: mentoring, development, setting tasks and monitoring the implementation of CSI.
• Participation in recruiting automation projects, as well as organization of uniform processes.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in the field of recruiting and team management.
• Higher education (preferably in the field of HR, psychology, management).
• Knowledge of modern search and recruitment methods personnel.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR processes.
• Developed analytical skills, ability to work with data and performance indicators.
• Leadership qualities, system thinking, organization.
