About the recruiting team for now:

• 4 full-time experienced recruiters;
• a team of project recruiters;
• monthly dozens of vacancies in different cities.

This is a team that is already showing high results. Your task is tomake it even stronger, more systematic and more efficient.

You will:

• Manage the recruiting team;
• Plan and monitor the execution of the plan recruitment;
• Improve recruitment processes;
• Interact with department heads and contractors;
• Supervise and improve analytics, hiring quality, closing complex positions;
• Participate in events: job fairs, interaction with HEIs.

We expect from you:

• Experience as a recruiting or HR director;
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills;
• Ability to work with large volumes of vacancies;
• Leadership, systematicity, responsibility;
• Willingness to work in the office in Kharkiv.
