Garvis network invites a Head of Recruiting Department

It is important for us:

• Higher education (preferably in the field of personnel management)?
• Experience in recruiting, labor market analysis, team management.
• Skills in personnel needs planning, recruiting performance analytics
• ??Confident user of Excel, Word, 1C, HR programs
• Leadership, management competencies, people are an asset companies, in-depth expertise of modern personnel search methods, business orientation
• ??Diplomacy (creating partnerships), negotiation skills, managing emotions

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensuring high hiring quality
• Recruiting team management
• Evaluation of hiring performance
• Department budget management
• Implementation of processes to improve performance
• Control of KPI indicators
• ??Maintenance of company staffing, ATS/CRM management
• Labor market monitoring, recruitment funnel by company positions?
