Who we are looking for:
A super-systemic, mature and professional recruiting manager who knows how to build large-scale processes and worked in large companies with mass recruitment.
This is a person who "lives" recruiting, knows how to work with his hands, communicates a lot with production and regions, builds mass recruitment channels and has a great sense of business.
Main tasks:
- Building and managing systematic mass recruiting on a scale of 5,500 > 15 000 employees.
- Team management (minimum 5 recruiters, further scaling).
- Personal selection of key and complex roles.
- Development of search channels: universities, employment centers, retraining, internal recommendations, regional teams.
- Interaction with production sites, trips to facilities.
- Formation reporting, KPI control of recruiters, channel efficiency analytics.
- Participation in the development of the employer brand (operational component).
- Attracting employees for referral programs.
- Cooperation with the HR department: internal communications, surveys, interaction with the training center.
Requirements:
- Deep experience in mass recruiting in large companies.
- Super-systematic, structured, ability to work in a high-intensity mode.
- Comfort in the "office + travel" format.
- Friendliness, sociability, ability to build strong ties with production teams.
- Experience in team management, but willingness to work independently.
