A super-systemic, mature and professional recruiting manager who knows how to build large-scale processes and worked in large companies with mass recruitment.

This is a person who "lives" recruiting, knows how to work with his hands, communicates a lot with production and regions, builds mass recruitment channels and has a great sense of business.

Main tasks:

  • Building and managing systematic mass recruiting on a scale of 5,500 > 15 000 employees.
  • Team management (minimum 5 recruiters, further scaling).
  • Personal selection of key and complex roles.
  • Development of search channels: universities, employment centers, retraining, internal recommendations, regional teams.
  • Interaction with production sites, trips to facilities.
