Head of the quality department in ISR Technology

Main duties and responsibilities: Development and implementation of quality policy: Development of strategy and quality policy in accordance with the company's strategic goals. Ensuring the implementation of quality policy at all levels of the company. System management quality management: Implementation and maintenance of a quality management system, such as ISO 9001, according to company needs. Coordination of quality improvement initiatives and implementation of internal audits. Definition of quality standards: Establishing quality standards for products according to customer and regulatory requirements. Monitoring compliance products/services to established standards. Quality control: Organization of quality control at all stages of service production, including input and output control. Implementation of a system for identifying and eliminating quality discrepancies. Analysis and improvement of processes: Analysis of quality control results in order to identify opportunities for improvement. Implementation of measures on improving product quality and optimizing production processes. Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance of products with the requirements of regulatory documents and quality standards. Preparation of documentation for certification and participation in certification procedures. Communication and cooperation: Ensuring effective communication with other departments of the company on quality issues. Cooperation with clients and suppliers in order to ensure high product quality. Cooperation with development and production teams in order to ensure high product quality. Preparation of reports: Preparation of regular reports on the effectiveness of the quality management system and quality control results. Necessary skills and qualifications: Higher technical education, preferably with specialization in the field of quality. Work experience in the field of quality management. In-depth knowledge of regulatory documents and quality standards. Ability to manage quality improvement processes. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Work experience in a similar position from 2 years. Excellent analytical skills. High level of communication and the ability to effectively manage a team.
