We are looking for a Hhead of the training department, who will lead the department in the future qualifications.

Purpose of the position:

To build an effective system for developing the qualifications of the company's employees — from salespeople to managers — through training, quality control, and work with customer experience.Main areas of responsibility:

1. Staff training

  • Building a training system for newcomers and current employees;
  • Development of the SEZON academy (video lessons, instructions, tests, development maps);
  • Preparation of training programs for store managers and development managers.

Further, expanding the sphere of influence (prospect of growth), to the following areas:

2. Quality control

  • Systematic verification of service and sales standards;
  • Error analysis, development of improvement plans;
  • Formation of feedback from the client audience.

3. Reconciliation of customers

  • Identifying reasons for dissatisfaction and developing solutions;
  • Forming a culture of service and trust in the brand.

4. Development of the quality section

  • Improving the quality of customer service;
  • Identifying deviations and creating effective programs for improving company processes;
  • Conducting quality councils to improve work processes. Requirements:
  • Leadership qualities, strategic thinking, initiative;
  • Experience in the field of personnel training / HR development / internal academies;
  • Understanding of training processes in retail trade or sales;
  • Knowledge of modern approaches to training, assessment and development of personnel;
  • Ability to systematically build processes, create development tools.
