Head of the Promotion Activities Department

Responsibilities:

• Development of a strategy for the development of Promo in the company;
• Moderation of all committees and meetings for the formation of high-quality Promo offers in the network;
• Control of the creation of the annual calendar of Promo offers ;
• Monitoring the price policy and promotions of competitors, developing plans and countermeasures;
• Controlling the correctness of the Promo module in FMS pricing/promotional events;
• Conducting committees, working meetings to analyze the results.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience in similar positions from 5 years(?Retail - will be an advantage );?
• A confident user of PC, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), (SAP and 1C - will be an advantage);
• Knowledge of current market trends, competitive environment;
• Knowledge of processes and methods of quality management of a team / team / unit;
• Ability to analyze large amounts of information;
• Ability to achieve set goals;
• Organization, communication, productivity, punctuality.
