We are looking for a leader who has successful project management experience in the field of retail trade and is ready to take responsibility for the implementation of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects from the planning stage to completion, ensuring that deadlines, budgets and quality are met.
• Development and implementation of project management methodologies.
• Coordinating between departments and managing cross-functional teams.
• Monitoring and reporting on project status, risk identification and change management.
• Conducting regular team and stakeholder meetings.
• Analysis of project results and preparation of recommendations for process improvement.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years, with an emphasis on project management in retail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to strategic thinking and solving complex tasks.
• Mobility around the country or readiness to move to Lutsk
