Vacancy:Head of the Project Department

Responsibilities:

• Project management:< /strong> planning, organization, control of the implementation of all stages of work on projects.
• Quality control:verification of the fulfillment of assigned tasks and standards within the set deadlines.
• < strong>Communication and organization of work within the team:ensuring the understanding of all project participants, its goals and objectives.
• Reporting: preparation of regular reports, assessment of project progress, identification of risks and problem solving.
• Risk management: identifying potential risks, developing plans for their management and minimizing their impact on the project.
• Strategic approach: < /strong>understanding the interaction of the project with the strategic goals of the company and making certain adjustments.

Main tasks:

• Search for international donors and involving them in cooperation with the fund;
• Suring financing of new projects, conducting negotiations regarding financial support;
• Managing the financial part of projects, reporting to donors;
• Initiating and development of new projects that meet the goals of the fund;
• Constant search for new opportunities for financing, expansion of the partner base;
• Communication and support of long-term relations with donors and international partners;
• li>Negotiations regarding the opening of new projects for the fund.

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in the field of project management, social sciences or related fields);
• Experience of working with humanitarian projects;
• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than B2 (practical spoken English skills);
• Availability own car (preferred);
• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine and abroad.

Working conditions:

• Salary UAH 100,000 (consists of a fixed rate and interest);
• Official employment;
