Head of the project "Chicken Circus of Braharya" in Silpo

We are looking for a leader who can manage the team, take care of the guests and keep the entire mobile circus in the rhythm of the tour. If order, team work and the drive to travel are more than just words for you, then you'll definitely come to us!

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Controlling the gastro-circus budget and daily expenses.
• Accounting and controlling the amount of fuel for the generator.
• Controlling food write-offs and compliance with disposal rules.
• Making decisions about element repairs. of the circus.
• Daily control of ticket sales (offline and in the program).
• Maintenance of reports for utility payment meters.
• Management of the team, schedules and operational processes.
• Adherence to the tour schedule and logistics of relocations.
• Representation of the circus to partners, authorities and the media.
• Ensuring security guests during alarms.
• Reporting to the central office (turnover, write-offs, losses, problem issues).

For the job you will need:

• Experience in operational management, events or field projects.
• Ability to work with budget, planning and reporting.
• Experience in managing a team and working in dynamic environments conditions.
• Organized, responsible, stress-resistant.
• Readiness for long business trips and work in different cities of Ukraine.
• Basic skills of working with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM/ticketing systems will be an advantage.

Work format:

• 11 cities on the tour route.
• 16 days of work in each city (3 weekends).
• Up to 5 days for moving between cities.
