Requirements:

• higher technical education in construction;
• mandatory experience in a similar position for at least one year;
• Knowledge of regulations and management of executive documentation;
• Ability to read drawings;
• Confident use of the necessary work programs (AutoCad, Adobe Acrobat , MS Office).
• knowledge of construction standards and norms of the National Building Code of Ukraine, DSTU;
• ability to read design and estimate documentation;
• knowledge of methods for assessing the quality of completed works;< /li>
• flexibility in performing work and the ability to quickly find sometimes non-standard solutions in complex production issues.

Responsibilities:

• Determining and calculating the scope of works, in accordance with defective acts or projects;
• Analysis and planning of works, their verification;
• Designing technical documentation and drawing up executive documentation, in particular PORs

• Study and analysis of design and estimate documentation;
• Design of technical documentation and compilation of executive documentation;
