We are currently looking for a head of production of the technical department, who knows how to work for the result and has an active attitude in life!

Responsibilities:

• organization of the work of the department and control of the timely completion of tasks;
• control over the provision of construction design and estimate and regulatory and technical documentation;
• ensuring timely development, verification and coordination of design and estimate documentation; of contractual prices for construction;
• ensuring the receipt of conclusions on the cost documentation, control over the introduction of changes in accordance with the observations of the expert and the customer;
• organization of work on the preparation of commercial offers, verification of commercial offers of subcontractors;< /li>
• verification of the cost of construction, analysis of the cost of objects;
• control of the costs of the estimated limit;
• control over drawing up acts of completed works with customers and subcontractors;
• verification and analysis of the volumes of work performed and materials used;
• verification and maintenance of executive documentation;
• control over the maintenance of executive documentation at construction sites;

• participation in the preparation of subcontracting and general contracting contracts, control over the preparation of estimates for all types of construction works.

Working conditions:
