We manufacture products at our own production facility "Healthy Pharm Ukraine", which is located in Kyiv. But they are very popular among our customers, because our products are about: quality, availability and satisfaction. p>

We are currently looking for a specialist for the position of head of the product management department

What is important to us in a candidate:

• Knowledge of the household chemicals and cosmetics market, consumer needs, regulatory requirements, production processes, marketing basics, product life cycle management and financial analysis for effective product development and promotion;
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze market and consumer needs using data to make informed product decisions;
• Strategic thinking: Ability to develop product strategy , based on the company's business goals;
• Product life cycle management. Project management.

The functional position includes:

• Product strategy development: Determination of product development directions, taking into account consumer and business requirements entire company. This also includes defining product range, target segments and pricing policies;
• Coordinating product development: Collaborating with marketing and production teams to ensure the successful launch of new products or improving existing ones;
• Monitoring product performance: Analysis of sales, profitability and other KPIs to evaluate the success of products and timely adjustment of strategies;
• Management of a team of product managers: Coordination of team work, mentoring and development.
