We invite you to join the team for the position of Head of Product Development Department.

What will you do:

Managing the full cycle of product development: idea > prototype > mass production.
Coordinating the work of teams: designers, electronics, QA, production.
(mechanics, electronics, embedded software, Android).
Control of technical documentation, selection of components and solutions.
Organization of rapid prototyping, reverse engineering, testing.
Interaction with suppliers, optimization of costs, maintenance of quality standards.
Team mentoring, implementation of innovations (sensors, wireless solutions, VR/AR).
Post-launch product support - updates, improvements, technical support.

This job is for you if you have:

Required skills(Hard Skills):

Experience of leading a team of 10 people.
Implemented projects from prototype to mass production.
Understanding CAD, EDA, IDE for MCU; electronics, embedded development.
Experience in rapid prototyping (3D printing, mock-ups).
Project management skills: planning, risks, deadlines.

Personal qualities (Soft Skills):

Leadership, responsibility, sociability.
Organization, analytical thinking, stress resistance.
Flexibility, ability to work with different teams.

Experience in mil-tech, VR/AR.
