 Basic tasks:

• Analysis of the effectiveness of procurement methodology, ensuring its relevance. Organization of the process of adapting the methodology to modern requirements in the field of procurement, with the aim of optimizing and improving the quality of procurement processes and ensuring the efficiency of the company's supply chains.
• Organization of the process of developing and updating methodical documents related to the company's procurement activities. Study of best procurement practices, procurement experience by other customers with the aim of reflecting them in a unified procurement strategy and methodical documents.< /li>
• Organization of the process of forming the annual procurement plan for the company and ensuring the maintenance of the annual procurement plan in an up-to-date state during the year in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.
• Control over the regional and categorical distribution of needs in order to ensure optimal operationalload and rational distribution of purchases.
• Providing recommendations on automating purchasing processes, updating and improving the functionality of existing software.< /span>
• Ensuring the definition of key requirements for analytical reports on procurement issues and organizing the creation of regular and situational analytical reports.
• Ensuring timely and sufficient information of the company's divisions regarding the principles of organizing procurement processes and the current status of each procurement.
• Communication and interaction with authorities and specialized organizations.
• Managing the personnel of the division, planning and organizing the work of subordinates, developing team competencies.
• Formation of recommendations and proposals for improving business processes.

Our expectations:

• Experience in a managerial position for at least 3 years. Experience in procurement for at least 5 years.
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of procurement.
• Understanding the principles of organizing the cycle of providing the company with goods / works / services.
• Ability to delegate authority with timely monitoring of execution.
• Analytical and strategic thinking, adaptation to changes.
• Impeccable business reputation.
  Proficiency in software at the level of a confident user: MS Office (high level of skills in working with Microsoft Excel).
