The company is looking for a Head of Planning and Analysis Department to ensure stable and controlled production through accurate planning, balancing demand, resources and inventory.

Key responsibilities:

• Formation and management of production plans (S&OP / MRP)
• Balance of demand, capacities and materials
• Control of execution of plans and operational adjustments
• Inventory management (min/max, safety stock, turnover)
• Plan-fact analysis and management reporting
• Management of order priorities
• Coordination between production, procurement, warehouse, sales
• Ensuring correct data in ERP
• Management of the planning department team
• Initiation of planning process improvements

Basic requirements:

• • 3-5 years of planning experience, 2+ years of managerial experience
• • Deep understanding of production planning and inventory
• • Experience with ERP / MRP
• • Strong analytics, system thinking
• • Management and communication skills

Area of responsibility:

• • Realism and accuracy of plans
• • Fulfillment of production indicators
• • Level stocks and no shortages
• • Stability of production
