Head of the personnel training department in KIT Group

What we offer:

• Stable and decent financial remuneration 2 times a month (salary level is discussed at the interview with the manager).
• Opportunity to work in a hybrid format (after a trial for a period of 3 months).
• Comfortable office very close to the station. m. Pecherska.
• Working schedule: 5/2, from 09:30 to 18:00.

What functional responsibilities will you have:

• Management of the budget for training and development of the company's personnel.
• Collection of information on the company's training needs and personnel development.
• Planning and coordination of training events.
• Selection and engagement of external trainers and experts for conducting training events.
• Organization of trainings, seminars, workshops and other personnel training events.
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs and their adaptation in accordance with the needs of the company.
• Implementation and administration of the LMS system.
• Maintaining the necessary analytics on personnel training.

• Higher education.
• Work experience in the direction of training and development of personnel, including TOP-managers, in the organization of motivational events and team building.
• Practical experience of implementing and working with LMS systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical thinking.
