• experience in a similar position with a staff of 300 or more, preferably at a manufacturing enterprise
• knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine
• fluency: 1C, Medok, Echsel, etc.
• excellent communication skills, charisma, responsible attitude to the work performed, organizational skills, desire to develop
