The goal of the position:ensuring a quality process (cycle) of all personnel procedures in the Interregional Offices of the NC of the ChKHU accounting:

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of personnel management, law, business administration or related fields
• Experience in HR at least 3 years
• Administrative work experience of at least 2 years
• Robo experienceyou in the construction of HR processes from scratch will be an advantage
• Deep understanding of labor legislation, processing and archiving processes of personnel documentation
• High written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with different people
• Ability to organize your work, team work and manage multitasking tasks
• Strict observance of the confidentiality of personal data of employees
• Ability to analyze documents and information for acceptance reasoned decisions
