POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a strong, experienced HR manager who can build an effective personnel management system, strengthen corporate culture and ensure stable growth of the company's indicators.

This is a role for a professional who knows how to think strategically, work with management tools, launch HR processes and form a strong team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Construction and development of the company's HR processes.
• Organization of recruitment, training and adaptation of personnel.
• Control of personnel administration.
• Management of employee development, mentoring, training.
• Formation and maintenance of the company's corporate culture, ethics and standards.
• Control of statistics, personnel efficiency, HR-projects.
• Development of the motivation system and participation in the formation of FOP/FOT.
• Interaction with department heads and their support in matters of team management.
• Organization of corporate events.
• Participation in the strategic planning of the company's development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a similar position of 5 years or more (preferably retail, pharmaceutical business).
• Higher education (psychological, economic, management).
• Experience in building HR processes "from scratch" or significantly improving existing ones.
• Knowledge of KZpP of Ukraine.
• Mastery of Excel, 1C (required).
• Knowledge of Bitrix24, A. Vysotsky system is desirable.
• Skills of analysis, strategic thinking, task setting, delegation, control.
• High level of communication and stress resistance.
