Head of the personnel department in Smart Solutions

Open vacancy Head of the personnel department at a production and trading company (Zhytomyr region ).

Functional responsibilities:

• Implementation of personnel policy in the Company, implementation of HRM programs and projects for the needs of the enterprise;
• Care about HRM indicators companies,
• Ensuring the required number of employees by coordinating the recruitment process;
< li>Development and updating of regulatory documents;
• Development and support of corporate culture in the company;
• Organization of employee training;
• Clerical administration;
• Participation in tenders of the relevant direction;
• Company fleet administration;
• Participation in audits of the relevant direction;
• Control over ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages to employees;
• Recommendation of the HR budget, reconciliation of the salary budget and the labor fund;
• Compliance with legislation and internal regulatory documents within the framework of the tasks performed.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education;
• Work experience in a similar position in trade and production companies;
• Knowledge of legislation;
• Experience in implementing a centralized personnel management strategy;
• Experience in managing complex personnel accounting and analysis;
• Compulsory knowledge of English or Polish,
• High responsibility and organizational skills;
• Communication, persistence;
• Resistance to pressure;
• Flexibility to change.
